Respectful Communication

• Please use respectful language at all times. Any form of offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate speech will not be tolerated.

Privacy and Confidentiality

• Do not share personal information or contact details of other participants without their explicit permission.
• Keep all information shared within the program and WhatsApp group confidential.
• Recording, photographing, transcribing, or posting any part of the program is not allowed without explicit permission from the Pathways to Education team.

Group Engagement

• Stay active and engaged in the program’s WhatsApp group and share ideas, ask questions, and support your fellow participants.

Attendance and Punctuality

• If you are unable to attend a session, please inform the Pathways to Education team in advance.

Media and Recordings

• Screenshots from sessions may be used for promotional or social media purposes. Your name and other identifying information will not be shared without your consent.
• Sessions may be recorded for internal documentation or training purposes. Your voice may be captured in these recordings.

Use of AI Tools

• Participants are expected to not use AI tools like ChatGPT or others to complete assignments or written work. All submissions should reflect your own ideas and effort.
