Mentorship for Higher Education

Introduction

APT will connect 30 female university students inside Afghanistan with mentors abroad. The mentorship support package typically includes coaching young women on strategies for maintaining their vision even in challenging environments, as well as achieving their personal and professional goals. Additionally, the program assists females in finding pathways to continue their education abroad. Mentors will guide the students in selecting a university that aligns with their needs, completing the application process, and providing support during the transition when the student receives admission.

Program Objective

The main objective of our program is to help young women in Afghanistan realize their full potential while striving towards their personal development. Through this program, the participants will gain the necessary abilities, mindsets, and skills from some of the most effective and successful coaches in the world.

Activities:

In our Mentorship for Higher Education, we connect young women from different parts of Afghanistan with coaches from around the world. Through the online meetings, at your own pace, the mentees will receive the right guidance and support to achieve their personal and profession goals. The coaches will also offer tools for the young women to cope with change, and identify new opportunities.
