During the month of September 2023, the APT team celebrated the graduation of 75 young men and women from our online Leadership and Mentorship programs. The young and ambitious youth participants completed the two-month programs taught by expert international instructors. These uniquely designed programs aimed to enhance the leadership, critical thinking, and conflict analysis skills of our youth participants while simultaneously strengthening their ability to work collectively to solve problems, engage in discussions about topics they are passionate about, and come up with solutions to the pressing issues in Afghanistan. At the end of each program, the participants also developed articles and policy briefs in groups to outline their findings and recommendations and report human rights violations from the ground. These written pieces will be published soon to further amplify their voices.
