Introduction
APT team organized an online mentorship program in the past quarter. Our mentorship program has enhanced the critical thinking ability and research skills of 20 young women in Afghanistan. Through this program, young women learned to identify the current barriers to the development of the country, identify the challenges, and mutually find solutions. Their engagement through research, writing, and panel discussion will also raise awareness about the human rights situation in Afghanistan. At the end of the program, after learning research skills, the participants were divided into groups to conduct research on the following important topics in Afghanistan.
