In the second week of November, through the APT leadership development program, twenty-two young men and women participated in four sessions which were focused on topics as below:
Team Building in Leadership: this session provided with the information on how to build a team, what can be done with a team, and how to sustain the team as a leader. Social Project Team Up: at the end of the leadership program, the participants will be divided into three teams and develop a social project concept as a team, amongst which, one best concept note will get the chance to go to the ground for the implementation. Therefore, this session was focused on concept note structure and the method of how to make one. Interpersonal Relationship and Conflict Resolution: within this session, participants learned about relationships, its kinds, and how conflicts arise in various relationships. Further, conflict, its types, and conflict resolution strategies such as competing, avoiding, accommodating, compromising, and collaborating were explained through group discussion and practical ways. Servant Leadership: what it means to be a servant leader, and how can we bring changes within servant leadership style in the team and community were discussed in this session.
