On August 12th, we launched the sixth cycle of our leadership development program. This program is designed to last for one and a half months and aims to provide 25 young Afghan females with diverse backgrounds and qualifications the opportunity to enhance their leadership capabilities, critical thinking skills, and expand their network. The program aims to create a platform for these young girls, who currently deprived of getting education within the country, to learn how to navigate the challenges and barriers imposed by the Taliban. Additionally, the program will cover a wide range of topics, with each topic being taught by an expert international instructor. To amplify their voices, the participants will be divided into groups to develop policy briefs addressing the ongoing situation faced by Afghan youth, particularly girls.
