Leadership Development Program

Program Objective

The objective of the leadership program is to increase the capacity of our debate club members and students in order to be future leaders of the country who are open-minded and critical thinkers with the true qualities of perfect leaders. The leadership program also serves as a hub of networking for the trainees and students for future collaborative projects. Furthermore, the program helps participants learn how to influence those around them, and guides them through identifying their core leadership skills.

In one and a half months, participants will attend ten online sessions that will be conducted through zoom and cover different topics inter-connected with leadership capacity building. In addition, participants will be divided into groups to develop a policy brief addressing the dominant challenges in their society.
